Sekerpare (Piece of Sugar)

Let's start with a sweet recipe.


Ingredients


For the dough

1 packet of margarine, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
6 tbsp semolina
2 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut - I've not used it to forgot to take
3.5 cups flour
1 package vanilla
1 baking powder
for syrup
3 cups sugar
4 cups water
 juice of half a lemon
for above
hazelnuts



Preparation

Firstly, prepare the syrup.
3 cups sugar and 4 cups water together bring to boil in a large saucepan. Boil for about 5 minutes, add the lemon juice and boil for a short period of time. Remove from heat, allow for cool.
Then let's get soft dough by mixing dough ingredients. (As always, gradually add the flour).
Take small pieces of dough as small as walnut and giving shape to rounding. Arrange them and place it in the tray (Mine was a little big). Place a nut on dough as the photo. 

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
 
When cooked, remove from the oven and rest for 3 minutes. Then slowly pour the warm syrup over dessert. On the dessert tray, close it to another (the knack; sekerpare hot and syrup should be warm).
